It’s a new year, but that’s not the only reason I’m writing about self-care.
It’d be all too easy to just say that remembering to take care of myself (especially spiritually/emotionally) was just another one of my new year’s resolutions. But that’s only half-true.

The last time I put one of these Lists of LOLs together was in college.
After the longest, indefinite-until-now hiatus: I’m back. And admittedly rusty.
I don’t have any excuses to offer. I can only tell you what happened, what I’ve learned and how I plan to move forward, with this blog (and other endeavors.)
